    Awesome place with its 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, and attentive staff. I still remember how they returned my forgotten shower bag. Highly recommend their very nice breakfast! I'm coming back for Christmas.

    Had a blast with friends! We explored the luxury retail arcade with some amazing shops and later enjoyed the serene spa treatments. The staff was super attentive. The proximity to historical sites made sightseeing effortless. Pro tip, The pool area is perfect for relaxation after a long day.

    The freshly baked bread at breakfast was to die for, and I dug into a scrumptious Veg. Gourmet Burger that hit the spot! Plus, the housekeeping team kept everything super clean.

    But I gotta say, the staff can come off a bit robotic. Sometimes it was like I was waiting ages just to book the hotel car. They perform well but missed that extra spice for customer delight.
